前段时间把简历放到了网络上，随即有几个猎头找到我，就是相互了解一些情况，应该可以叫做电面吧。
第一次是比较偏一般性的谈话，技术方面问的不深入，但是后面她要我用英文做自我介绍，我觉得说的不好，因为没有准备，说的是磕磕碰碰，很不专业，也不是很有逻辑性，这倒是给我敲了个警钟，看来必须要认真的准备一份自我介绍，并且背熟，不好好的准备是真的什么事情都做不好的！
第二次我正在蹲大号的时候，手机响了，接起来，原来又是一位猎头。她给我介绍的是广州的一家美资公司，其实我不想到广州的，但是还是耐心的跟她聊了一会，毕竟我面试的经验浅薄，还需要多多的练习，以补自己不足之处。这次她问到了很多技术方面的问题，其中有一个我现在想起来感觉是糗大了。她问的是财务的人用的报表是不是都需要IT去帮他们做呢，我很肯定的说没有，而且在那边解释了一通，我想她这时候一定在心里暗暗发笑吧，哈哈。
其实最近五个月，我都还不打算离职，毕竟和公司有协定。但是通过这些电话交流，我也发现了很多自己的薄弱之处，也是很有价值的！
过了几天，我才查到，其实我们有让财务的user使用Report Painter 去做他们自己需要的报表的，主要使用的是GR21/GR11/GS11/GRR1/GR51/GR55这么些个Tcode，我昨天也去开发环境里Demo了一把，create了一个Report group ZF88并且用GR55给打印了出来。下图是具体的步骤和我Demo的mark。
其实对于这个技术，user比我们IT更懂，而我在今年1月底也用到过，Arena那个汇评的issue，她让我用GR55去查看ZF01 Trail Balance Report的时候我就应该意识到了，而我也确实意识到了这是个我以前没用过的东西，只是没有深究罢了，也的确是因为当时急于解决问题，对于其他的东西倒也没有太关注了，看来事物皆有联系啊。
